It is a cuisine that is defined by its clean flavors and balanced combinations of taste and textures plus enticing presentations. It is a warm casual elegance ambience with come again prices.

After a lot of hard work, research and always looking for the best result we have come up with a menu that truly reflects what our customers are looking for. We set a standard of selecting only the best ingredients and top quality products available each season by local purveyors and then finding a creative way to prepare them. We believe that we have an opportunity to learn and appreciate new flavors and tastes so we continue to develop new ways to invent our food and keep the pace with growing food trends.

People eat in restaurants not just because they are hungry, but also because they are looking for something special, fun, exciting, service, energy and something original. We believe that we are that and more. For us to be successful we need to hire great people with maturity, personality and that want to sell experiences to our customers. From a Dishwasher to a Cook to a Server or Hostess you can only make great experiences happen through product knowledge of both the food and wine menus. Each person that is hired with bluStone Restaurant has to have the passion to want to sell that experience and to ensure that every customer is never taken for granted. We have to remember that we only stay in business if our customers are happy and coming back.
